Yes, you are recommended to use free version for test. It has no time limit and capable to meet the most business needs of small sellers. You can upgrade to paid version at any time when as needed.

Yes. You are allowed to add sub-users into your PushAuction account to achieve multiple users operation.
Please note that the number of users available for simultaneous operation is based on your subscription. For instance, if you have subscribed two users, then you can have two users login and operate at the same time. Login with one ID at two places the same time is not allowed. System will force existing ID to fall offline if new login with the same ID is identified.

PushAuction supports multiple eBay account management and will not cause account linkage.
Following behaviors may lead to eBay account linkage:
1. Using the same credit card to register multiple eBay accounts;
2. Using the credit cards documented with the same person to register multiple eBay accounts;
3. Using the same computer to sign in multiple eBay accounts directly;
4. Using the same PayPal account to pay bills for multiple eBay accounts;
5. Using the same picture in different listings that belong to different eBay accounts;
6. Using the same private domain email (such as xxx@mydomain.com) to register different eBay accounts.

The number of eBay account supported depends on your subscription. That is, if you have subscribed 10 eBay accounts, then you can add up to 10 eBay accounts to system. At present, you can subscribe up to 100 eBay accounts for one PushAuction account.

It depends. Account downgrade has two situations. One is to decrease subscription number but still stay with paid version. In this case, the data retention time would be not affected. The other is to switch from paid version to free version. As the version is already changed, the data retention time would proceed according to new version and past due data would be deleted.

Yes. PushAuction is one of few systems which incorporate variations, and offers advanced features such as adding variations in bulk, saving as variations, auto refilling variation items, etc.

The monthly subscription fee is based on the number of users, the number of eBay accounts and selected system modules. Please note that subscription should start with two users and two eBay accounts, of which one user and one eBay account is given for free.
Standard monthly fee (USD) = [(# of user - 1) + (# of eBay account - 1)] x (# of module) x 5.00
For instance, if you subscribe 5 users, 3 eBay accounts, and 2 modules, such as Lister and Sales, then the subscription fee is calculated as follows: monthly fee (USD) = [(5 - 1) + (3 - 1)] x 2 x 5.00= 60.00 (USD)

No. But you can choose not to continue payment after last subscription expired.

Yes. You can downgrade to free version if you did not want to continue payment but still want to use our system. Please note free version only supports two users and two eBay accounts, you may need to delete some users and eBay accounts to perform downgrade. Comparing with paid version, free version is short of some enterprise features and less effective.

Yes. eBay fees are charged by eBay, and you need to pay it no matter which tools you use, including insertion fees and final value fees, etc. The aim of PushAuction is to help you improve your work and managerial level.
