Yes. PushAuction supports multi-user and multi-account collaboration.
As the account owner, you can create multiple sub-users with different permission levels and allow them to work across accounts simultaneously.
Please note that the number of users who can be online at the same time depends on your subscription. For example, if you subscribe to a 2-user plan, only two users can be logged in and active at the same time.
Also, each user ID supports only one active session — logging in from a new device will automatically log out the previous session.
Yes, you can manage multiple accounts in PushAuction. PushAuction is an officially recommended service provider by eBay, integrating with eBay via API to retrieve or transmit data. Once an account is successfully connected, all operations performed in PushAuction are based on API calls and will not lead to account linkage issues.
The number of eBay accounts you can link to PushAuction depends on your subscription plan.
For example, if your plan includes 10 eBay accounts, you can manage up to 10 accounts within the system.
It depends on how the downgrade is made:
--If you're simply reducing the number of services or features but remain on a paid plan, your data retention will not be affected.
--If you're switching from a paid plan to the free version, your data will be retained according to the limits of the free plan. Any data that exceeds those limits may be permanently deleted.
We recommend reviewing your data or backing it up before making any changes to your subscription

PushAuction uses a modular subscription + usage-based pricing model, so you only pay for the features and resources you actually use.
There are three paid modules available: Lister, Sales, and CRM. Your monthly fee is based on three factors:
--The number of modules you subscribe to
--The number of eBay accounts linked
--The number of sub-user accounts
Monthly fee (USD) = [ (Number of user account - 1) + (Number of eBay accounts - 1)] × Number of modules × $5.00
